Institute teaches videography

Today, we did two things basically, split by the morning and afternoon.

This afternoon, we went to Virginia City, Nevada, for a tour. I took a bunch of pictures, and instead of writing about all the cool history, which there is a ton of, I plan on posting a photo essay on what I saw. That will appear Thursday.

What I plan to share today is what we did this morning. I was teamed with Martin Faint, a great guy who is from England and worked for the English press before marrying an American girl and moving to New York to become a teacher.

We made a video about videography using iMovie, as per our assignment for our work with the institute.

Since we both already had some experience with the subject, we took more of a tongue-in-cheek approach to the assignment and the provided script. What follows is the video we made, and we feel it is pretty funny. Stay tuned for the photo essay about Virginia City on Thursday.
