Vogts to help Canton Library celebrate 90th anniversary

via http://www.cantonks.org

The Canton Township Carnegie Library in Canton, Kan., is one of the last Carnegie Foundation grant libraries to be built.

It first opened its doors on Oct. 1, 1921, so on Saturday it will be celebrating it’s 90th anniversary.

And if that isn’t cool enough, I’ve been asked to help celebrate.

I’m going to be there from 1 to 4 p.m. signing and selling books!

This is going to be a very cool event. There will be story-time for children, other entertainment, prizes and refreshments for those attending.

I’m very excited to have the chance to do a signing in the town I grew up in. It’s going to be an incredible feeling.

If you’re free and so inclined, come on by. The library is located at: 203 N. Main, Canton, KS 67428.

See you on Saturday!
